Penn Del understands we are an extension of your company.  That is why the customer experience is a priority. We make contact within 8 business hours from the time we receive the assignment request, and attempt to inspect and close within 72hrs.    

Heavy equipment, Tractor Trailer, Specialty Vehicles, Classics, Farm Equipment and Marine receive the same standard.  However due to the complexity and obtaining accurate part prices, these assignments on average have a turnaround time of  5 days to close after initial inspection.
